Access Policy

Accessibility Policy

At EduNesia, we strive to support every individual in Indonesia to obtain compulsory education for a minimum of 9 years or up to high school diploma, to complete education according to their abilities, time, and location, to continue education without economic, spatial, or temporal barriers, to acquire necessary education tailored to their needs, and to choose education without coercion from any party. Therefore, we are committed to ensuring that edunesia.net is accessible to every individual in Indonesia and that our platform grants permission for content providers to develop and post accessible content. To achieve this goal, we commit to the following:

We do not guarantee that Our Platform, or the content within it, will always be available or uninterrupted. Permission to access Our Platform is temporary. We may suspend, withdraw, terminate, or alter any part of Our Platform without prior notice. We are not liable for any reason that renders Our Platform unavailable at any given time or period.

You are responsible for making all necessary arrangements to access Our Platform.

We aim to conform edunesia.net to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (“WCAG”) 2.1 AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium, and provide course creation tools allowing content providers to post course content that complies with WCAG 2.1 AA. We verify compliance through a combination of manual code checks, automatic testing using industry-recognized tools, compatibility testing using widely-used accessibility support tools, and periodic review by independent web accessibility consultants.

We prioritize accessibility bug fixes to ensure they are addressed with the same level of priority as other equivalent loss of functionality for individuals without disabilities.

We link this policy from edunesia.net and distribute it to content providers as well as relevant EduNesia employees and contractors.

We require all course videos to include timed text and that all content providers adhere to their independent obligations under applicable accessibility laws, in an effort to help ensure that course content posted on edunesia.net meets various requirements of learners with disabilities. To aid content providers in their efforts, we publish and distribute Accessibility Best Practice Guidelines for Content Providers.

Our team includes web accessibility specialists with knowledge of web accessibility and digital accessibility standards and is responsible for coordinating EduNesia’s accessibility responsibilities.

We provide annual training to EduNesia employees and relevant contractors to ensure edunesia.net complies with WCAG 2.1 AA.

We welcome feedback on accessibility, including accommodation requests, through the corporate@edunesia.net inbox, managed by the knowledgeable EduNesia support team.

As with any rapidly evolving technology platform, improving accessibility at EduNesia is an ongoing process. Please submit questions or suggestions on how to enhance accessibility of edunesia.net to corporate@edunesia.net. Your feedback is valued.
